Description:
1.Unique in design, the production line is equipped with BM separate high efficient barrier screw, featuring high automation, easy operation, continuous production and reliability
2. Plastic pipes produced are characterized by good heat, aging, environmental stress, cracking and creep resistance, and can replace galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes and cement pipes, which are choicest products for gas and water transmission between cities.
3. May be used to produce HDPE silicon core tube , oridinary PP-R , PE , PEX and PE-RT pipes
Our cool and hot water pipe production line can used to produce HDPE , HDPP pipes with diameter 20-160mm.
4. Our pipe production line designed with good structurer , this ensures highj output and low consumption, ong service life , stable operation and effective plasticization.
5. The extruder screw and barrel made from 38CrMoAIA undergo nitrogen treatment. The discharge end of barrel and the thread surface of screw come with Ni60 coating. These ensure high durability of our plastic extruders.
